How to Get a Price Quotation from Hokwang

Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry:
Use the Contact Us form on our website, or email us directly at hokwang@hokwang.com. Please include:
1. Product model number (or a description if you are not sure of the model)
2. Required quantity (approximate is fine for an initial quote)
3. Destination country (affects certification and power cord requirements)
4. Any special requirements: color, voltage, surface finish, or certifications needed
Step 2 — Specification Confirmation
Our sales team will review your inquiry and confirm the exact product specifications (voltage, power cord type, certification marks, color options) for your market. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Step 3 — Receive Your Quotation
We will send a formal quotation with: FOB unit price per product, MOQ for the configuration, lead time (typically 4 weeks for batch orders; 2 weeks for samples), and validity period of the quoted price (usually 30 days).
Step 4 — Order Confirmation
Once you agree to the quotation, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) confirming the full order details. Production begins after the PI is signed and the deposit is received.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Production Efficiency:
To ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing through efficient bulk production, our standard MOQ is 500 units for hand dryers and 1,000 units for soap dispensers and faucets. This policy allows us to offer comprehensive ODM/OEM services, including custom branding, specialized finishes, and tailored packaging, while optimizing raw material costs to provide the best value for our global partners.
However, if you choose our standard models, we can accept a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of USD 25,000 per shipment. You are welcome to mix different products to reach this requirement. Orders below the MOV are also acceptable under Ex Works terms.
We understand that every project has unique requirements. If you are planning a special project or a trial order that requires a lower quantity, we encourage you to contact us for a tailored discussion. For urgent, small-volume needs, we can also refer you to our local authorized distributors to ensure you receive immediate support and stock availability.
Production Lead Time & Made-to-Order Process:
Our automatic hygiene products are made-to-order to ensure the highest material quality and latest production standards. Upon order confirmation, we initiate a precise sourcing and manufacturing process. Typically, sample orders for hand dryers, soap dispensers, and faucets are completed within 2 weeks, while official batch orders maintain a standard lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the production schedule and material availability.
For projects requiring high levels of customization or ODM development, lead times may vary if new molds or specialized finishes are required. If you need a bespoke solution or a rapid deployment, our team is committed to meeting your project milestones with reliable, on-time delivery.
On the other hand, for projects with tight schedule, we highly recommend selecting our standard models, which offer the shortest lead times.
