When should I change the battery of auto soap dispenser?
Auto soap dispensers can be battery operated or using AC transformers. In most cased, a battery operated auto soap dispenser is more common as it’s easier for installation. Hence, it’s important to know the timing of changing the batteries to ensure the functions of sensor soap dispensers. We have smart light indications to let users know when the battery is low.
Wall mounted auto soap dispenser:
For our wall mounted auto soap dispenser, the LED on the front cover blinks blue light continuously for low battery. It is also very easy to replace the batteries. You simply need to open the cover of the auto soap dispenser, and take out the battery box on the side of control box. Make sure to use alkaline batteries and insert them in the correct directions.
Deck mounted auto soap dispenser:
For our deck mounted auto soap dispenser, most models use AC transformer as they have standby LED lights. However, we offer external battery compartments for those who have to use a battery-operated deck-mounted soap dispenser. When the battery is low, the smart LED indicator will blink red to remind the building owner to replace batteries.
The auto soap dispenser still works for a period of time when the low battery indication starts to flash. However, it is suggested to replace batteries of automatic soap dispenser once you noticed the low battery indication. This is to ensure the auto soap dispenser can always work and keep the hand hygiene for the users.
