To fit specific vanity constraints, we provided a customized version with the spout shortened from 220mm to 170mm, ensuring a perfect fit while maintaining the stable performance required for a high-traffic industrial environment.

The Solution: Customized Length and Flexible Calibration
To meet the client’s exact specifications, we provided a tailored version of the EcoTap-W FA01 water tap.
Customized 170mm spout to meet installation requirement
• Customized 170mm Spout: We modified the exterior body length of the faucet to 170mm. This allowed the unit to fit perfectly within the compact vanity layout while maintaining the original, proven internal components for maximum stability.
• Adjustable Sensing Range: To account for different basin materials and reflective surfaces in the factory, the EcoTap-W FA01 allows for manual adjustment of the sensing distance, ensuring the sensor triggers only when intended.
• Durable Stainless Steel Construction: The 304 stainless steel finish provides a professional look that is easy to sanitize and resistant to the heavy use typical of a large-scale manufacturing plant.

The 20+ units of customized EcoTap-W FA01 have been successfully integrated into the TSMC facility.
